The Tau Epsilon Phi Fraternity at City College held a "pay for date" event at the school yesterday. People who were interested gave their info to one of the organizers. The host first introduced them to the audience, talked a little bit about them and then started the bidding. Some people were sold for only $6, while people fought to win others, which resulted to amounts like $40, $55, etc. Some people came in pairs, you buy one and get one free- how generous! As the statement goes, "keep the best for last", the highest bid of S122 was paid for the last participant, who is non other than the host himself. It was a very fun event and the couples took pictures. The event was for a good course, and all the money collected will be given to the "Relay for Cancer".
